See new prompts and action runs without reloading

Your prompt library and action run history stay current on their own, so a teammate's saved prompt or a run you just started shows up right away.

Reloading a page to find out whether something happened is a poor way to work. Two places in Chief made you do exactly that: the prompt library and the run history on your actions.

Prompt library updates live

When a teammate added, edited, starred or deleted a stored prompt, the library kept showing the old set until you reloaded the page, switched projects, or dropped and regained your connection. The library now picks up those changes as they happen, so what you see matches what your project has.

Action run history after a run

Triggering a run used to leave the recent-runs list on the action card and in the detail panel unchanged, making it look as though nothing had started. Start a run now and it appears in both places within moments.

A stable Actions page

The Actions page could blank out with an error while the Notion setup banner was on screen. The banner and the page behind it hold steady.

Open your prompt library or run an action and watch the list catch up on its own.
