See where your organization's credits went on the Usage page

A new Usage page for your organization shows credit spend by person, project, activity and day, forecasts when the balance runs out, and lets you drill into the work behind any number.

You buy credits for your organization, and until now the balance was a number with no story behind it. The new Usage page, linked from Billing, tells you where those credits went and what to expect next.

Spend breakdowns

Open Usage from Billing to see your chosen date range split by person, project, activity and day. Each breakdown sits next to the period before it, with the biggest movers named, so you can see what changed and who drove it.

Balance forecast

The balance line tracks your refills and expiries, then extends as a dashed projection to the date your credits run out. Alongside it you get the number of credits that would cover the rest of the current period.

Plan fit check

Chief looks at your last 30 days of spend and names the cheapest plan that covers it. If you are paying for more than you use, or running short, you will see it on the page.

Row drill-down and CSV export

Click any row to see the chats, live sessions and assets that spent those credits. Export the current view to CSV when you want to take the numbers into a spreadsheet or share them with finance.

Usage over the API

The same numbers are available over the public API at /v1/usage/* with your API key, so you can pull spend into your own dashboards or reports.

If you are on a paid plan, head to Billing and follow the link to Usage to see your current period.
