Rejoin a live session and keep receiving updates

A dropped connection to a live session, notification inbox, or comment thread now picks back up where it left off instead of going silent.

Connections drop. You close a laptop lid, move between networks, or sit on hotel wifi. Until now, some of those reconnects left you looking at a live session that had stopped updating, with no sign anything was wrong.

Live sessions after a drop

A live session viewer that lost its connection could come back and receive nothing at all, silently retrying forever while the session carried on without you. Reconnecting now restores the stream and delivers everything you missed, including on a guest share link where nobody is signed in.

Notification delivery

The same silence could hit your notification inbox: the connection would look alive while no notification ever arrived. Your inbox now recovers on reconnect and shows the notifications that landed while you were away.

Comment threads and mentions

Comment threads and your mention inbox now pick up from the last update you saw rather than replaying the thread from the beginning each time the connection refreshes.

Nothing to turn on. If you keep a live session open on a shaky connection, it will stay current on its own.
