Set aside a live-session point and keep it out of chat
Points you park during a live session stay out of what the assistant sees when you @-mention that session, and the summary panel holds steady while you tick, park, and open images.
You tidy a live session as it runs: parking points you don't want, ticking off to-dos, opening a screenshot to look closer. That tidying now carries through to what the assistant reads and to what stays on screen.
Set-aside points stay private
A point you set aside during a session used to travel to the assistant anyway when you @-mentioned that session in a chat, coming back at you as outstanding work. Chief now skips those points, so the assistant reads the ones you kept.
Sub-points under a done to-do
Marking a parent to-do done used to take its still-open sub-points out of the session view handed to the assistant, even though they remained in the action list. An open sub-point of a completed to-do now stands on its own as a main point. Your copied recap from the web viewer also marks a completed to-do as done.
A summary that holds its place
Ticking a to-do in the Summary tab of the desktop app cut off everything below it and left blank space. The summary now stays visible and scrollable while you tick and untick.
If you have reduced motion turned on in your system settings, a point you set aside used to linger on screen, unclickable and duplicated, until you switched a filter. It now leaves the list right away.
Image preview that stays open
Opening a screenshot in a live session closed the preview within seconds while recording was in progress, and a just-added screenshot could blank out. The preview now stays open as long as you want it. Copy, download and close sit in a labelled bar under the image instead of a floating corner pill.
Open a session summary and park what you don't need. What you keep is what your assistant works from.
