EnhancementWeb AppLive Sessions

Find every live-session chat on the project afterwards

Chats started during a live session, by you or by anyone who joined, now stay on the project and open for other members after the session ends.

You start a chat in the middle of a live session, the session ends, and the chat is nowhere on the project. Or it appears, but other members open it and see nothing. Both are fixed.

Chats typed mid-session

A chat you typed during a session used to be left off the session page, which listed only chats developed from a suggested action or opened from a transcript passage. The session page now lists those freeform chats alongside the rest.

Participant chats after the session

A chat started by someone who joined your session could vanish once the session ended, and a chat saved by one device could be overwritten by another device. Every chat recorded during the session now survives, whoever started it and whichever device they were on. This also recovers chats from sessions that already ended, so open an older session and check.

Project visibility for session chats

In a project connected to Google Workspace, a new chat started inside a session defaulted to owner-only, so other members saw an empty thread. A session is shared by design, so chats created in one are now visible to the project. Private chats stay private and are never exposed to another member.

Open a past live session and you should see the full set of chats it produced, ready to read and continue.
