Live Session app v1.1.41: Copy, download or close any tab from its … menu
Every tab in a session now has a … menu named after the tab, with Copy and Download for tag views, Decisions, To-dos and chat answers and Close tab everywhere else; the tab close button sits beside the tab title instead of covering its end, and the option to name a speaker appears only on the device hosting the session.
Only some tabs in a session had a … menu, so copying a tag view or your To-dos meant selecting text by hand, and a chat had its own separate menu in its header.
Today, we're adding the … menu on every tab, along with a close button that sits beside the tab title and a fix to speaker naming on joined sessions.
Menus on every tab
Every tab strip now has a … menu, and the menu carries the name of the tab you have open. A chat tab has one menu instead of two.
The close × on a tab used to sit over the end of the title, cutting off its last letters. It now sits beside the title, and the tab you have open shows it.
Options in each tab menu
- Tag views, Decisions and To-dos: Copy or Download the view's items, in the order they happened.
- Chat: Copy or Download the latest answer, which moved here from the chat's header.
- People & agents, canvases, and a chat with no answer yet: Close tab.
Fixes
- On a session you joined rather than hosted, naming a speaker opened a picker that failed to load and a save that reported speaker identification was not running. The option to name a speaker now appears only on the device hosting the session, and speaker labels still show for everyone watching.
