Live Session app v1.0.1: Get a nudge to stop the session when your call ends
Chief now notices when your call wraps up and offers to stop the live session for you, gives running sessions a title drawn from your brief, and links the header breadcrumb straight to the project and session pages on the web. The waveform also reacts to your mic properly, and the transcript export buttons stop lingering after a session ends.
You finish a call, close the meeting window, and the live session keeps running in the background until you remember it. This build closes that gap and tidies up several things in the session header along the way.
Call-ended prompt
When your call ends, a card appears in the top right corner saying it looks like your call has ended and asking whether you want to stop your live session. Click "Stop live session" and Chief runs the normal stop flow: the main window comes forward, the session ends, and your summary modal opens. Dismiss the card and the session keeps going.
Chief names the app when it recognizes it, so you get "your Zoom call has ended" rather than a generic line. A short mic dropout or a device switch mid-call will not trigger the prompt, and it only ever appears while a session is actually running.
Session titles and breadcrumb links
Start a session with a brief and the header picks up a title drawn from it, instead of sitting on "Live Session" for the whole call. Rename the session yourself and your name sticks; the suggested title will not overwrite it.
The project and session names in the header are now links. Click either one and the matching page opens in your browser, so you can jump to the project or the session detail page without hunting for it. Renaming moved to the pencil icon next to the session name, which appears when you hover over that part of the header.
Waveform and chat icon
The waveform used to barely move when you spoke into your mic, while system audio filled the bars. Each source now scales against its own level, so your voice and the other side of the call both register. Bars are wider, there are fewer of them, and quiet room noise holds a flat line rather than jitter.
The chat button on action cards and in the chat panel uses the same speech bubble icon as the web app, in blue.
Fixes
The copy and download transcript buttons stayed on screen after you stopped a session, even with nothing left to export. They now hide again until a new transcript starts coming in.
