Hear and read image descriptions in chat answers
Images in chat answers now carry the descriptions written for them, so your screen reader announces them and the text appears if an image cannot load.
If you read chat answers with a screen reader, images in those answers passed by in silence. And when an image was slow or broken, you got a blank space with no clue what belonged there.
Image descriptions on screen
Every image in a chat answer now carries the description written for it. Your screen reader announces that description, and if the image fails to load, you see the text in its place.
Descriptions that match your exports
Word and HTML exports already carried these descriptions. What you read on screen now matches what you get in an exported report, including descriptions written across more than one line.
The change applies to chat answers in both the web app and the Chief app, with nothing to turn on.
