Copy an answer's headers as a linked outline
The share modal now gives you a nested, clickable outline of an answer's headers, ready to paste into an email.
You share a long answer and the person on the other end lands at the top of a wall of text with no sense of what is inside it. Chief now lets you hand them a map instead.
Copy all headers
Open Share on a task and you will see a new section listing the headers of the last completed answer, nested the way they appear in the answer. Click the copy button beside it and the whole outline goes to your clipboard.
Paste it into an email or a doc and it arrives as a nested list of links: the task title on top, each header below it.
Links that land on the section
Each header in the pasted outline opens the shared page at that section, scrolled and highlighted, so your reader jumps straight to the part you meant.
Preview before you paste
The panel in the share modal shows the same indentation you will get after pasting, so you can check the shape of the outline first. The section only appears when the answer on screen has headers to copy.
Next time you send someone a long answer, share the task and copy the headers along with the link.
